About Us

At Hamilton & Boss, we are driven by a simple conviction: artificial intelligence and intellectual property are not just important facets of the modern innovation economy—they are increasingly, inextricably linked. Our mission is to help organizations harness this powerful intersection to unlock unprecedented growth and competitive advantage.

Widespread adoption of powerful AI is ushering in a new era of rapid innovation. Its ability to automate routine intellectual tasks is freeing people to focus on what matters most: creative problem-solving and real-world impact. Further, AI is amplifying individual skill sets, equipping teams to tackle challenges that were once out of reach. This is the beginning of a new explosion in innovation—one where organizations of all sizes can compete and thrive. AI and IP, once seen as parallel paths, are now converging. In today’s landscape, protecting and leveraging innovation requires both deep technical insight and a nuanced understanding of the evolving IP environment. We bring both to the table.

With over 1,700 issued U.S. patents between us, our backgrounds span decades of technology leadership, invention, and practical implementation. We’ve led global innovation programs, built and monetized IP portfolios, and designed and deployed real-world AI systems that solve complex problems. Throughout our careers, we’ve seen how the right combination of technical expertise and strategic protection can turn great ideas into lasting impact. At Hamilton & Boss, we combine hard-won experience with the latest AI tools to provide practical, actionable guidance.

We’re here to help you turn your ideas into enduring advantage. Let’s shape the future of innovation together.
